At Fragrance Lottery, we work with trusted third-party suppliers to deliver authentic fragrance products safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.


🚚 Shipping & Fulfillment

Some products may ship directly from our fulfillment partners and may arrive in supplier-branded packaging.

Orders may ship in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different locations.


⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination. Typical delivery ranges are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Extended Shipping (some items): up to 15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The United States

  • Additional locations may be added at our discretion

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Item weight and size

  • Shipping destination

  • Supplier fulfillment location

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.


📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Fragrance Lottery is not responsible for:

  • Delays or loss due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  • If tracking shows delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss

  • Carrier delays due to weather, customs, or operational issues are outside our control

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier inquiry when applicable.


🧴 Fragrance Shipping Notice

Fragrance products may be subject to carrier restrictions due to alcohol content. As a result:

  • Ground shipping may be required

  • Air shipping may be limited

  • Delivery times may be extended


🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved cases will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.


⚠️ Customs & Import Fees (If Applicable)

For international shipments (if offered):

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or rejections
